Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Retail Store Manager to lead our store operations with enthusiasm and a customer-centric approach. In this pivotal role, you will drive sales, oversee daily store activities, and foster a motivated team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences. Your leadership will ensure the store runs smoothly, merchandise is well-managed, and customers leave satisfied. Duties

Lead and supervise all store operations, including sales, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
Recruit, train, develop, and motivate team members to achieve individual and store goals.
Manage payroll, scheduling, and ensure effective time management across staff shifts.
Oversee purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and product placement to maximize profitability.
Handle cash handling procedures, cashiering duties, and POS (Point of Sale) system operations with accuracy.
Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones through promotional activities.
Maintain organizational standards by supervising stock levels, conducting regular audits, and ensuring store cleanliness and safety compliance.

Requirements

Proven supervising experience in retail or related fields with strong leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and engage customers effectively.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases.
Skilled in negotiation, merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques.
Proficient in POS systems, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks such as payroll processing.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively.
Experience in recruiting, interviewing candidates, training & development programs to build high-performing teams.
Knowledge of marketing principles and customer service excellence standards.
