We are currently seeking experienced Composite Technicians to join our team.

Perform composite repair and maintenance work on wind turbine components
Execute fiberglass grinding and surface preparation operations
Apply and handle chemical products such as gelcoat and resins safely and effectively
Perform finishing operations including sandblasting, sealing, sanding, and polishing
Assist with the installation and operation of suspended work platforms
Support repair activities while working at heights and within confined structures
Prepare job sites, tools, and equipment prior to work execution
Perform daily inventory checks of tools, materials, and equipment
Mix and prepare composite materials according to established procedures
Complete detailed work reports and documentation
Follow all company procedures for maintenance and repair tasks
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with strict health and safety standards
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Immediately report any damage, defects, incidents, or equipment loss to the team leader
Promote a safe work environment at all times
Deliver clean, high-quality, and professional work
Take initiative while respecting operational guidelines

Qualifications and requirements:

Diploma in composites, bodywork, or other relevant technical training
Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in composite repair in wind industry
Proven experience with fiberglass, resins, gelcoat, and finishing techniques
Ability to work with modern technologies and reporting tools
Strong ability to follow instructions and work both independently and within a team
Physically capable of working outdoors in harsh weather conditions and at heights
Willingness to travel frequently (mobility required)
Ability to communicate in French is an asset
