Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Pool Technician/Labour to join our team. This role involves maintaining and servicing swimming pools, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and supporting various landscaping and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, good customer service and mechanical aptitude. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in pool maintenance, construction, and landscape care within a dynamic environment.

Duties

Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, salt system and heaters
Assist with installation of pools and pool liners
Perform routine pool cleaning, chemical balancing, and water quality testing to ensure safe swimming conditions
Use hand tools and power tools for construction-related tasks
Assist with general site cleanup and preparation for ongoing projects
Follow safety protocols during all operations to ensure a secure work environment
A variety of task and duties will be assigned accordingly

Requirements

Mechanical knowledge related to pool equipment is desirable
Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Experience in construction/landscaping or general labour work is a plus
Strong physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting approximately 50lbs and operating machinery
Work well as a team player and motivated to work
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Valid driver’s license is preferred
Fluently bilingual is a plus

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
