C&A Group is seeking a motivated and dependable Shipper/Receiver Assistant to join our Operations team in Lethbridge, Alberta.

In this hands-on role, you will support the efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipment of materials or products that help power projects across Western Canada. What You'll Do
As a Shipper/Receiver Assistant, you will:

Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming materials and supplies
Prepare and package outgoing shipments for customers, vendors, and project sites
Load and unload trucks using material handling equipment
Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
Stage materials for production and project requirements
Maintain clean and organized warehouse and yard areas
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, telehandlers, and company vehicles when trained and authorized
Support daily housekeeping and 5S initiatives
Assist with yard maintenance, snow removal, and general shop upkeep
Follow all company safety policies and procedures while contributing to a strong safety culture

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment
Valid Class 5 Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

Warehouse, shipping, receiving, manufacturing, or logistics experience
Forklift and/or telehandler experience
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Experience with shipping documentation, packing slips, and inventory records
