Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative and Marketing Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike. Your energy, attention to detail, and proactive approach will help foster an efficient, welcoming environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills while contributing to a vibrant workplace. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about multitasking, possesses strong computer skills, and thrives in a fast-paced setting and has a vast knowledge of social media marketing.

Duties

Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace tools and Adobe programs
Manage Social Platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok
Provide creative marketing ideas to enhance the team
Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—to ensure quick retrieval of documents and records
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person
Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating meetings or events
Support clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
Perform general office duties including photocopying, faxing, scanning, and maintaining office supplies

Experience

Highly adaptable to changing schedules and tasks with the ability to multi-task
Clerical experience in an office environment with demonstrated organizational skills is an asset but not required
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
Experience with Adobe and all social media platforms is an asset but not required
Strong computer skills including data entry accuracy and proficiency
Prior customer service experience with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills is an asset
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
This position requires a valid driver's license and own transportation
Criminal Records Check required
