At The Casual Canoe, quality isn't a goal—it’s our baseline. We are seeking an entry-level Line Cook to join our team. We are a family-owned, employee-first house. If you are hardworking, eager to learn, and take pride in your work, you belong at the Canoe. Your Impact

Food Prep: Prepare fresh ingredients daily according to recipe specifications.
Line Cooking: Work your assigned station with care and consistency.
Kitchen Safety: Maintain a clean station following Alberta Health & Safety rules.
Teamwork: Coordinate ticket timing with the team for seamless service.
End-of-Shift: Assist with nightly kitchen clean-up and station resets.

What You Bring

Willingness to Learn: No advanced experience needed; we will train the right attitude.
The Hustle: High energy and the ability to move fast under pressure.
Reliability: Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Availability: Permanent, part-time commitment for evenings and weekends.
Note: We are closed Mondays and Tuesdays for a guaranteed 'weekend.'
