Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team on evenings/weekends. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic massage services to clients, helping them achieve relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role requires a professional who is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer care and maintaining a welcoming environment for all clients.

Responsibilities

Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including therapeutic, relaxation, and rehabilitative techniques
Assess client conditions and develop personalized treatment plans to address specific concerns
Maintain accurate and confidential client records of treatments provided and progress notes
Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or referrals if necessary
Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards
Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education requirements to maintain licensure and improve skills
Provide excellent customer service by creating a positive experience for each client from check-in to check-out
Available on evenings and weekends

Qualifications

Valid license as a Registered Massage Therapist in accordance with licensing requirements
Knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and therapy techniques
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, understand their needs, and explain treatment procedures
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
Prior experience in massage therapy is preferred but not mandatory; ongoing training will be provided for new graduates or those seeking certification renewal

Pay: $50.00-$80.00 per hour
