We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and service-driven Client Experience & Operations Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our growing real estate business.

What You'll Be Responsible ForClient Experience
- Serve as a key point of contact throughout the client journey
- Coordinate client communications, follow-up, and touchpoints
- Manage client appreciation initiatives, events, and gifting programs
- Ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service
Operations & Administration
- Coordinate listing, transaction, and contract administration
- Maintain CRM systems, databases, and workflow processes
- Prepare documentation and ensure records are accurate and up to date
- Track deadlines, appointments, and project deliverables
Marketing Support
- Assist with listing promotion and marketing campaigns
- Coordinate email marketing, social media content, and digital communications
- Support the execution of print and online marketing initiatives
Systems & Growth
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes
- Create and maintain operational systems and procedures
- Help support the ongoing growth and scalability of the business
- Take ownership of projects and see them through to completion

Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate administration, client care, operations, or project coordination is preferred
- Experience working within a real estate team or brokerage is considered an asset
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Real estate registration is not required
Technology Experience
Experience with any of the following is considered an asset:
- MLS® Systems

- Mailchimp

- Facebook Ads Manager

- Apple MacOS and iWork Applications
