Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Coffee Shop Manager/Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced coffee shop environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the food and beverage industry, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a vibrant team, oversee food preparation, and create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Previous experience in restaurant management, hospitality, or the food industry is highly desirable, including barista experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily coffee shop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to maintain quality standards.
Manage transactions accurately
Supervise team members, including interviewing, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards across all areas of the establishment.
Assist with food service activities such as serving customers, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including kitchen areas and customer service zones.
Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers when necessary.
Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming environment for guests and team members alike.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food service, restaurant management, or hospitality roles; supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols.
customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to oversee food handling procedures while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Previous barista experience or hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the food industry trends and restaurant operations is desirable.
