Full job description

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Business Development Center (BDC) in Aurora. This is a part-time position, with a primary focus on evening shifts and Saturday coverage.

We are specifically seeking someone available to work evenings from 5pm until 8:00 PM and Saturdays 11:00am to 5:00 PM, as these are critical coverage times for our clients.

In this role, you'll play a key part in managing inbound service appointment calls and supporting other accounts with outbound calls.

If you have strong communication and computer skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and can deliver excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you! Automotive experience is helpful, but we will train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering inbound service calls and scheduling appointments according to dealership availability
Making outbound calls – hourly minimum / expectations apply
Updating customer information in systems
Managing tire storage requests
Checking vehicle recalls and various service parameters
Maintaining reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts

Qualifications:

Previous experience in phone-based customer service or the automotive industry (rental car agencies, reception, appointment booking) is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Strong phone and customer service skills
Proficiency in computer systems and software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, kind, courteous, and patient
Clear and professional phone voice
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Dependable and detail-oriented with a great attitude
Additional language is an asset
