Personal Lines Account Manager (RIBO Licensed)

We are currently seeking motivated Personal Lines Account Managers to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing exceptional customer service to existing clients
- Qualifying, quoting and writing personal insurance policies for prospective clients
- Reviewing and processing renewals, endorsements, and policy changes
- Managing client inquiries and policy documentation accurately and efficiently
- Learning and utilizing company systems and insurer portals
- Maintaining strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
- Contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- RIBO license required
- Previous insurance experience is considered an asset, but is not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
