Coordinate and negotiate purchasing, prices, and delivery of electronics/hobby items.
Generating and issuing PO's
Negotiating prices, discounts, credit terms with suppliers
Tracking the process of purchase orders until the shipment arrives
Reporting damages and discrepancies to suppliers
Maintain productive working relationships with both suppliers and internal departments to ensure the procurement and development of materials proceeds smoothly.
Maintain Database for suppliers in systems
Negotiate warranty issues with suppliers. Coordinate shipping of parts for warranty, repair.
Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment with accounting.
Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks

· Prepare purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; substitute items as needed based on approval

· Communicate with Vendors through different communication channels (fax, email, etc.)

· Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure the supplier stays within the terms.

· Resolve errors and discrepancies on purchase orders, as required

· Other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
