Position Summary:
You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, traceability, and timely movement of materials throughout the organization. This individual will oversee inbound and outbound logistics while ensuring quality verification, documentation compliance, and ERP integrity.
You will act as a key liaison between Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Service to ensure materials are received correctly, inspected properly, stored accurately, and shipped efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities:
Logistics & Receiving (Quality-Focused) Inbound Shipment & Quality Inspections
Coordinate and manage all incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders, packing slips, and ERP records
Outbound Logistics & Shipping
Coordinate and prepare domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with carrier, customs, and documentation requirements
Inventory Control & Material Planning
Continuous Improvement & Compliance
