Equilibrium Therapeutics | Victoria, BC
About Equilibrium
At Equilibrium, we believe healthcare should feel different-for both our patients and our team.
We're a growing multidisciplinary healthcare organization with three clinics across Victoria, bringing together physiotherapists, massage therapists, chiropractors, kinesiologists, counsellors, acupuncturists, and an incredible administrative team. Our mission is simple: provide exceptional patient care while creating a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
We're proud recipients of awards including Business of the Year (Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce) and the Vancouver Island Business Excellence Award for Best Health Care Clinic, but what we're most proud of is the culture we've built. We believe in supporting one another, investing in our people, celebrating wins, and creating opportunities for growth.
