About IGV Housing
Making Homes Easier to Build and Possible to Own
Housing is one of the defining challenges of our time. Communities need more homes. Governments need better delivery models. Families need a new process to get into home ownership.
The reason those needs aren't being met isn't a lack of effort, it's a lack of connection. Construction, capital and ownership have always been treated as separate problems, solved by separate players. Nobody was looking at the whole system.
IGV was built to change that. We connect modern methods of construction, smarter capital and a new process to home ownership into one integrated platform so each part strengthens the others instead of working in isolation.
The result is housing that's faster to build, more certain to fund, and genuinely possible to own. That's what we mean when we say we're not improving one part of housing. We're redesigning the whole system.
About IGVhope
IGVhope is creating a new pathway to home ownership for people who are ready to own but need a better way to get there.
Participants secure their home and lock in their purchase price from day one. They move into a newly built home, make monthly occupancy contributions through a structured ten-year pathway, and transition to their own mortgage at the original agreed purchase price.
IGVhope is not traditional rent-to-own and it is not an investment product. It is a structured pathway designed around one clear outcome: helping more people become homeowners.
As the program grows across British Columbia and new homes come online, we are building the team and systems needed to support participants throughout that journey.
Role Overview
The Project Officer is a hands-on, customer-service-focused role supporting the day-to-day delivery and growth of IGVhope.
You will be one of the first points of contact for people considering the program, helping them understand the IGVhope pathway and supporting them through enquiry, application, intake and financial readiness assessment.
The role also provides practical project and administrative support across the program—keeping schedules, records, follow-ups and activities organised as new projects and properties move toward delivery.
This is a varied role in a small, fast-moving team. It requires someone who communicates exceptionally well, takes initiative, stays organised and is comfortable taking ownership without needing detailed direction at every step. As IGVhope's property portfolio grows, the role is expected to evolve to include greater responsibility for property and participant coordination.

- Support prospective participants through application and intake, from initial enquiry through to financial readiness assessment.
- Maintain timely follow-up and ensure participants understand requirements, progress and next steps.

- Coordinate participant information sessions and other program activities.
- Gather participant feedback and identify opportunities to strengthen the participant experience.
- Support participant onboarding as homes become available.

Systems & Continuous Improvement
- Use CRM, project management and AI-enabled tools to support efficient program delivery, tracking and reporting.

- Help develop repeatable processes and systems that enable IGVhope to scale while maintaining a high-quality participant experience.
- Work collaboratively across the wider IGV team and support other program priorities as required.
Future Growth of the Role
As IGVhope's BC property portfolio comes online, the Project Officer is expected to progressively support day-to-day property coordination activities, including:
- Coordinating maintenance and service requests.
- Supporting property inspections and associated records.
- Coordinating contractors and service providers.
- Supporting occupancy administration and participant communications.
- Maintaining property documentation and compliance records.
- Supporting the onboarding and ongoing coordination of new properties.
IGV intends to fund the successful candidate's enrolment in and completion of the Rental Property Management Licensing Course within the first 12 months, building the capability required as the portfolio expands.
