Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage reservations and seating arrangements effectively.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with menus.
Manage the flow of guests in the dining area, ensuring timely seating while maintaining a pleasant atmosphere.
Answer phone calls with professionalism, taking reservations and providing information about the restaurant.
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
Assist in managing waitlists during busy periods, communicating wait times accurately to guests.
Utilize POS systems, including Micros POS, to process orders and manage guest requests efficiently.
Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Experience

Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
Familiarity with food service operations is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is an advantage.
