Assignment: Permanent
# of openings: 1
Hours of work: 37.5 per week
Salary range: $CAN37.84/hour to $CAN40.90/hour (*After the 90-day worked probationary period)

Your responsibilities

Perform accounts payable activities, including invoice processing, payment preparation, cheque issuance, and vendor account follow-up.
Perform accounts receivable activities, including daily deposits, account monitoring, cash balancing, and reconciliations.
Validate billing information and issue invoices.
Prepare reports, maintain financial records and ledgers, and reconcile accounts to support the organization's accounting requirements.
Participate in month-end and year-end financial processes.
Provide reception, administrative, and accounting support.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Your profile

High school diploma and post-secondary studies in Financial Accounting.
Minimum of two (2) years related experience in areas such as journal entries, reconciliations, year-end scheduling, accruals and sales tax.
Sound knowledge of business financial software, such SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules.
Fluent in French and English, verbal and written, in order to communicate with teams located in Quebec and Ontario.
