Full job description

We’re looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the trades, not just another job. If you have a strong work ethic, basic construction skills, and are ready to learn a specialized trade, this is your chance to become a glazing installer.

We’ll train you from the ground up in glazing, installing curtain walls, storefronts, and more.
You’ll start as a helper but have a clear path to become a lead hand or foreman.
Pay starts based on experience, with growth as you take on more responsibility.
Travel Monday–Friday with accommodations and meals covered, plus benefits and bonuses.

Who we want:

You’ve worked in construction or trades, even if you haven’t done glazing yet.
You’re ready to learn a specialized skill and grow into a leadership role.
Must be able to travel during the week and be based near Cornwall, ON.

Responsibilities

Install curtain wall systems, glass, aluminum doors, and storefronts
Work on pre-scheduled commercial job sites with team leads and foremen
Lift and maneuver heavy materials (up to 100 lbs regularly)

Maintain a clean, professional work style on-siteTravel with the crew and stay out of town during the week (hotels or Airbnb)

$20–$30/hr, based on experience
Travel time paid (to and from job sites)
$260/week per diem for meals while out of town
Accommodations fully covered (hotel or Airbnb)
Full benefits package: dental, health, vision, and paid time off
Year-end bonus potential up to $5,000, based on company profitability and your role and performance within the team
Long-term career growth: opportunity to become a lead hand or project foreman

Location & Schedule

Based in Cornwall, ON
Travel required Monday–Friday (depending on the current projects - returning home weekends)
10-hour shifts, with occasional overtime

Must be able to relocate or reliably commute to Cornwall
