We're a fintech-driven automotive sales and financing company partnered with a network of dealerships across BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Ontario. Through our dealer network we have access to all makes and models, at every age and price point, right across Canada. Our dealer partners hold strong relationships with every major lender in the country — TD, Scotia bank, RBC, CIBC, BMO, National Bank, EPI, IA, RFC, and more — which means more approvals and more deals closed.
We're expanding one of our sales teams and we're hiring 3-5 elite closers. We're not trying to fill a room — we're looking for A-players who can carry real volume on their own.
Read this part carefully — it's the whole job.
This role is 100% remote and 100% online. There is no showroom, no test drive, no walk-in, no handshake. You close with your voice and your words alone — over the phone, by SMS, and by email. If your strength is selling someone once they're standing in front of the car, this is not your role.
This is also a high-volume prospecting job, not an order-taking job. Expect to make 50–150 calls a day. Roughly 20% of your work is fresh inbound interest. The other 80% is re-engaging people who applied a day ago, a week ago, a month ago, or two years ago — getting a cold or lukewarm lead to pick back up, listen, and move. Turning "no" and "not right now" into "yes" is the actual skill. If you've only ever worked fresh, warm, ready-to-buy traffic, you'll struggle here.
Who we're looking for (one of these two profiles)
Profile A — You've done exactly this. You've worked in automotive sales and finance online, start to finish as a closer: first contact (warm or reactivated), pulling and reading credit, walking clients through vehicle and payment options, and closing — all over the phone and screen, never in person. If that's you, you're our top candidate. Apply.
Profile B — You're a phone/online sales powerhouse with a little car exposure. Your core is high-volume outbound sales — you can call, text, and prospect all day, work cold and warm leads, take rejection, and keep dialing. Think telecom, insurance, solar, collections, inside sales. On top of that, you have at least some automotive or finance exposure (even a few months on a dealership floor) — enough that car financing, credit, and payment objections aren't a scary unknown. We bring the scripts, the product training, and the deal support. You bring the engine. Apply.
Who this is NOT for
- Pure in-person dealership salespeople whose results came from the showroom floor
- Finance managers who were fed live, pre-sold deals by the sales team — structuring numbers and upselling warranty is a different skill than generating the opportunity yourself
- Anyone who has never carried a phone/online sales role and lived on call and follow-up volume
- Anyone who hasn't worked remotely before. Working from home and holding the same focus, discipline, and output as an office is a real adjustment — we need someone who's already proven they can do it
What you'll do
- Work assigned leads — fresh inbound and a large book of older applications to reactivate
- Call, text, and email at high volume to create and revive opportunities
- Pull and interpret credit files, then walk clients through vehicle, payment, and delivery options
- Complete financing applications and hand them to our finance team
- Follow up relentlessly until the deal is closed or dead

- A steady flow of inbound and outbound leads from our marketing
- Proven sales scripts, templates, and call flows — study them, memorize them, apply them, and they'll put deals on the board for you. The system works if you work it
- CRM, automated workflows, and AI tools that supercharge your daily follow-up and make you 2–4x more effective. These tools multiply a real closers output, but they won't do the selling for you. You still have to be a powerhouse on the phone; the fundamentals come first, the tools amplify them
- Managers and directors in your corner — to help you break through objections you're stuck on, find the right vehicle, and hand you the ammo to move tough clients
- A full tech stack and systems built to make you faster and sharper — learn them, master them, and make the most of them
What you bring
- Minimum 3 years in a real sales role built on phone, SMS, and email — working cold and warm leads, living on appointments, callbacks, and follow-up
- Online/remote sales experience (required — this is not an in-person role)
- At least some automotive sales or finance exposure
- A proven track record of closing and hitting targets
- Comfortable reading credit and structuring deals across all credit tiers
- Hungry, coachable, and driven to build a six-figure income
- Proven ability to perform remotely with no one looking over your shoulder
- Valid provincial sales licence — VSA (BC), AMVIC (AB) or and OMVIC (ON)
The details
- Location: Remote / work from home
- Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST, with a 1-hour break
- Compensation: Commission only, 25–50% of net profit per deal. We structure the plan around each closer — flat rate, a tiered scale that climbs with your volume, or a base percentage plus performance bonuses. Top closers earn at the high end. Realistic earnings of $60,000–$250,000+/year
