The Opportunity

Position Overview
As a Financial Service Representative, you will provide exceptional member experience to members and contribute to the success of the Member Solutions Centre (MSC) through the achievement of established retail sales goals and the application of member relationship management tools and techniques. Using telephone and digital technology, provide the full range of retail deposit, lending and investment services to meet individual member needs and support members in meeting their financial goals. You will also make informed referrals across all lines of business, process overdrafts and lines of credit within established loan policy and authorized limits. You may assist with estate administration. You will also actively participate in MSC product and service campaigns. Model a consistently high level of member focused, personalized quality service and share product and technical advice to assist other MSC team members in achieving the same skill level.
This position is a bargaining unit position
Schedule Description
Permanent Full -Time - (37 hours per week)
Tuesday: 8:45am – 5:00pm
Wednesday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Thursday: 8:45am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Wage scale: $30.91 - $36.38 per hour.
Note: These hours may be altered or increased due to operational requirements.
Education and Experience
Do you have a secondary school diploma plus a minimum of approximately 4 years’ related sales and service experience from a Financial Institution?
OR
Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
