Your Opportunity
As the Fixed Operations Manager, you will provide leadership and strategic direction to the Service and Parts departments. You will be responsible for building a positive culture, developing your team, improving the customer experience and driving strong operational and financial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the Service and Parts teams
- Build a positive, accountable and performance-driven culture
- Drive departmental sales, gross profit, productivity and customer retention
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement plans
- Ensure exceptional customer service and timely resolution of concerns
- Improve shop productivity, technician efficiency and overall capacity
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels and support recruitment and retention
- Oversee warranty, internal, customer-pay and parts operations
- Manage inventory, work in progress, expenses and departmental processes
- Work collaboratively with the General Manager and senior leadership
- Ensure all manufacturer, company and safety standards are consistently met
What You Bring
- A minimum of two years of Fixed Operations Manager experience
- Strong automotive Service and Parts operational knowledge
- Proven leadership, coaching and team-development abilities
- A demonstrated ability to improve performance and profitability
- Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
- A customer-first approach and commitment to operational excellence
- Experience with PBS is considered an asset but is not required
