Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Agricultural Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of farm machinery, heavy equipment, and industrial tools to ensure optimal operational performance. Your expertise will support our agricultural operations by performing inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and executing preventative maintenance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery and contribute directly to productive farming activities.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics on farm machinery, including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and schematics to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently in various agricultural settings
Assist with assembly, installation, and calibration of new machinery or components
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and operational tracking
Support safety protocols by conducting regular safety checks on all equipment and ensuring adherence to industry standards

Experience

Proven experience working with dealership or agricultural machinery is highly preferred
Mechanical knowledge with a background in automotive repair or industrial equipment maintenance
Familiarity with schematics, electrical systems, welding techniques, and assembly processes
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate power tools confidently
Prior experience in mechanic roles involving electrical or mechanical repairs on complex machinery
