Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Sales and Marketing Director to lead our strategic initiatives in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and fostering strong customer relationships. This pivotal role combines innovative marketing strategies with robust sales leadership to propel our organization forward. As a key leader, you will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive sales plans, harness cutting-edge marketing techniques, and cultivate high-performing teams dedicated to achieving ambitious business objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating competitive markets, leveraging technology sales experience, and building lasting client partnerships that fuel sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies focused on B2B (business-to-business) markets, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
Lead the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and expanding existing client accounts through proactive outreach and relationship management.
Oversee customer service excellence by ensuring a seamless experience for clients, addressing their needs promptly, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Manage outside sales efforts by leading field teams, conducting negotiations, and closing high-value deals with key accounts.
Utilize analysis skills to monitor sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies continually.
Foster leadership within your team by mentoring sales professionals, promoting a collaborative environment, and setting clear performance expectations.

Experience

Proven success in B2B sales with a strong background in technology or technical sales environments.
Extensive experience in marketing strategy development and execution across diverse channels.
Demonstrated ability in customer service excellence, account management, and business development.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to track sales activities and analyze data effectively.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals in outside sales settings.
Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams or sales departments with a focus on motivating high performance.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights to inform strategic decisions.

Work schedule:

Full-time: Monday-Fridays
Mornings, Days, evenings shifts or weekend shifts based on operational requirements.
Shift times may vary depending on business requirements.

Pay: $120,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
