Overview
Join our team as a Parking Lot Attendant and be the friendly face that ensures a smooth, safe, and welcoming experience for all customers. In this energetic role, you’ll manage parking operations with enthusiasm, assist customers with their needs, and uphold a professional and positive environment. Your proactive approach will help create a seamless parking process while providing excellent customer service that leaves a lasting impression. This paid position offers an engaging opportunity to develop your communication and driving skills in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

Direct vehicles safely into parking spaces using valet parking techniques or designated areas
Assist customers with parking, retrieving vehicles, and answering questions in a courteous manner
Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure efficient flow of traffic and safety protocols
Conduct routine inspections of the parking lot to identify hazards or maintenance needs and report issues promptly
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience
Uphold safety standards by adhering to traffic rules, parking regulations, and company policies at all times
Checking in customers for scheduled service appointments, inspecting their vehicles for damage and collecting relevant information for the check-in process, parking customer vehicles, and supporting maintenance of the parking lot

Experience

Previous experience in valet parking, driving, is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members
Dealership or retail environment experience can be advantageous but is not mandatory
Must possess valid driving license with a clean driving record; dealership or professional driving experience is beneficial
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that promotes teamwork and safety
