If you’re someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and helping customers find the right solution (not just making a sale), this is your opportunity to join a high-performing, supportive sales team. This isn’t a desk job — it’s a dynamic role where you’ll be out in the field, connecting with customers across agriculture, construction, and property sectors, and becoming a trusted advisor they rely on.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of customers while actively expanding your reach in the market. Your days will include:

Building strong, long-term relationships with existing clients

Identifying new opportunities and growing your territory

Matching customers with the right equipment and service solutions

Leading engaging product demos and presentations
-
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and support

Staying ahead of the curve on products, trends, and customer needs

Representing Robert’s Equipment at trade shows, site visits, and community events
What Makes You a Great Fit
You’re someone who enjoys connecting with people, understands how to sell value (not just price), and is motivated to succeed.

3+ years of sales experience, ideally in equipment or a related industry

Strong understanding of agriculture, construction, or similar sectors

Confident communicator who can simplify technical products for customers

Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented

Comfortable using CRM tools and managing your pipeline

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
