Responsabilités principales:

Concilier les caisses et procéder à la comptabilisation des dépôts journaliers,
Comptabiliser les contrats de vente de véhicules,
Transmettre les documents de ventes aux institutions financières pour les déboursés,
Faire les réclamations et le suivi des programmes de ventes,
Faire les réclamations et le suivi des rabais électriques,
Préparer les commissions des représentants aux ventes,
Comptabiliser les factures d’achat des véhicules usagés,
Effectuer les paiements pour les garanties,
Analyser et nettoyer les cédules d’inventaires et de recevables,
Préparer les statistiques pour les états financiers mensuels,
Préparer au besoin, différentes analyses comptables.

Qualifications et compétences requises:

Diplôme en comptabilité ou finance ou domaine connexe;
Expérience pour comptabiliser des ventes de voitures;
Excellente maîtrise du cycle comptable complet et effectuer la clôture mensuelle.
Bonnes connaissances des logiciels comptables et de la suite Microsoft Office, notamment Excel;
Connaissance du logiciel SERTI (atout);
Avoir de la facilité et de l’intérêt à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe;

- Pouvoir communiquer en anglais à un niveau intermédiaire est requis pour des échanges fréquents avec une clientèle anglophone;

Main responsibilities:

Reconcile cash registers and record daily deposits,
Account for vehicle sales contracts,
Transmit sales documents to financial institutions for disbursement,
Make claims and follow up on sales programs,
Make claims and follow up on electrical rebates,
Prepare sales representatives' commissions,
Account for used vehicle purchase invoices,
Make warranty payments,
Analyze and clean up inventory and receivables schedules,
Prepare statistics for monthly financial statements,
Prepare various accounting analyses as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Degree in accounting, finance or related field,
Experience in accounting, specially for car sales,
Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle and monthly closing processes,
Proficiency in accounting software and the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel,
Knowledge of SERTI software (asset),
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a part of team,

- Ability to communicate in English at an intermediate level is required for frequent interactions with English-speaking clients;
