RED Mountain Resort is hiring Bar Person (Server/Bartender) for the 2026/27 Winter Season! If you’re passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love creating memorable experiences for guests, this is your chance to join a team that values professionalism, teamwork, and fun.

As a Bar Person at RED Mountain, you’ll be a key part of delivering exceptional dining experiences, ensuring every guest feels welcome and every meal reflects our high standards of service, safety, and quality.

What You’ll Do

Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service from start to finish.
Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Recommend menu items and beverage pairings to enhance the guest experience.
Follow RED Mountain’s Food & Beverage policies and procedures and all health & safety regulations.
Handle guest concerns with care and professionalism, escalating to management when needed.
Collaborate closely with the culinary and F&B teams to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with stock rotation, inventory management, and POS transactions as required.
Assists in maintaining table and bar service areas inclusive of bussing and side duties as required throughout the shift

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking energetic hospitality professionals who are passionate about service and eager to grow in a dynamic mountain resort setting.

You bring:

2–3 years of serving experience in a restaurant, resort, or hospitality environment.
Must be at least 19 years of age.
Serving It Right Certification and Food Safe Level 1 Certification.
Experience with POS systems is an asset.
Excellent food and beverage knowledge.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently when required.
