Accounts Receivable – Job Description

Duties to include - Processing customer billing for rentals and sales according to company practices.
Work collaboratively with Dispatch for processing invoices. Sending out customer invoices for approval by clients.
Data entry of customer invoicing into numerous software programs. Sorting, organizing, and maintaining accounts receivable files and records. Provide administrative support to management.
Must have: 2 years experience in Accounts Receivable. Experience in Open Invoice, Cortex and Point of Rental is an asset.
Fluent in English in oral and written communications skills.
A desire and ability to work collaboratively with other to accomplish daily goals. Needs to be friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic in nature. Data entry, time management and accuracy of work is necessary. Ability to multitask with excellent organizational skills. Have a keen eye for detail.
