Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Class 1 Truck Driver to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely operating tractor-trailers to transport freight across various routes, ensuring timely deliveries and exceptional service.

Duties

Safely operate Class 1 tractor-trailers with manual transmissions across designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment such as skid steer or roll-off trucks, ensuring cargo integrity and proper handling
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to identify maintenance needs or safety issues before and after each trip
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle inspections in compliance with regulatory standards
Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly

Qualifications

Valid Class 1 driver’s license with a clean driving record
Proven experience in truck driving
Proficiency in operating manual transmission trucks
Ability to load & unload freight safely using forklifts or other equipment when necessary
Knowledge of safety protocols related to commercial driving and cargo securement regulations
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for vehicle inspections and documentation
Oilfield tickets required
