Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels. Your ability to communicate effectively, handle inquiries efficiently, and promote our products and services will be essential to fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly valued, along with strong analysis and sales abilities. This position offers an opportunity to develop your communication skills while contributing to a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Perform accurate data entry to update customer accounts and records.
Provide detailed product or service information, assisting customers in making informed decisions.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer experience.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions.
Analyze customer needs and feedback to improve service delivery and identify potential issues.
Assist with resolving complaints or concerns efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Support the sales team by promoting relevant products or services through effective communication strategies.
Maintain thorough knowledge of company offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.

Experience

Prior experience in customer service or a related role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail are essential for maintaining accurate records.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base.
Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal expression.
Analysis skills to interpret customer feedback and identify opportunities for upselling or process improvements.
Experience with sales techniques such as upselling is a plus.
Familiarity with phone etiquette standards and professional communication practices is necessary for success in this role.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
