Job Summary

Construction Labourer / Concrete Helper (No Experience Required)

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable individual to join our growing concrete construction team. Experience is an asset, but not required. If you have a positive attitude, are willing to learn, and enjoy working outdoors, we are happy to provide training.

Responsibilities

Assist with concrete forming, placing, and finishing.
Help with excavation, site preparation, and clean-up.
Load, unload, and organize tools and materials.
Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced crew members.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Learn proper construction techniques and safety procedures.

Requirements

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are an asset.
Previous construction experience is an asset but not required.
