Compensation & Growth
Our high-performance compensation model provides significant earning potential, with top practitioners earning $150,000–$300,000+ annually.
For exceptional candidates who demonstrate strong clinical performance, leadership, and long-term commitment, partnership opportunities may also be available.
What You Bring
- Active Nurse Practitioner registration and license in good standing in Canada
- Strong medical, clinical, and anatomical knowledge
- Genuine interest in Medical Aesthetics, HRT, and wellness medicine
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Professional, confident, and polished presence
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development
- Medical aesthetics experience is an asset but not required
