Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Insulation Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with Batts, blow-in, roxul, and spray foam.

This role requires a strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties

Prepare jobsites for insulation such as bibbing, vapour barrier, and soffit venting
Lay plastic on areas of crawlspaces
Insulation removal
Thermal barrier painting
Operating an Insulation blowing machine
Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations at all times.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope.

Experience

Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with caulking techniques and the use of hand tools is essential.
Experience in insulation installation, is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Able to move or lift heavy items
