As a Leasing Agent, you will play a key role in showcasing our communities, providing exceptional customer service, and helping prospective residents find their next home. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional tours of available apartments and promote the unique features and benefits of our communities.
- Respond promptly to rental inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms while providing exceptional customer service.
- Qualify prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
- Prepare, review, and execute lease agreements in accordance with company policies and applicable legislation.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and ensure all required documentation is complete.
- Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and occupancy trends.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents.
- Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure apartments are move-in ready and provide a seamless resident experience.
- Achieve leasing goals while maintaining high occupancy levels across the portfolio.
- Support marketing initiatives, resident retention efforts, and community events as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of residential leasing or property management experience.
- Proven success in leasing, sales, customer service, and closing rentals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
