The Role In a Nutshell
- Working as an integral part of the Pre-Construction Team to design and contribute to the success of a wide array of high-end residential projects.
- Completing a diverse range of daily tasks to support successful projects, including:
- • Initial design consultations as a part of our sales cycle, determining concepts & project budget
- Full Design Specifications Packages; including Working Drawings, Millwork Packages, Details, RCP
- • Material selections with clients & suppliers
- • Management and procurement of finishes
- • Maintaining budgets for all selections
- • Coordinating of materials/finish selections to sites
- • Overseeing templates, measures and installation of custom details
- • Client communication
Experience Required:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in residential design required, customer sales experience an asset.
- Technical Skills: AutoCAD and proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory with strong spreadsheet skills and an ability to build and maintain budgets as required. Proficiency in Revit an asset.
- Education: Accredited interior design program an asset.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong multitasking skills is mandatory.
- Growth-Oriented: Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to achieving ambitious company goals. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter, with a strong work ethic.
- Valid Driver's License: Required
