About the Role:
We’re searching for an energetic, results-driven Marketing Coordinator, skilled in creative and graphic design, as well as web design.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll be hands-on in a wide range of marketing functions, primarily focused on managing our graphic and web design. You will also support the team in email and journeys design and deployment, content design and creation ranging from long/short format videos, presentations, case studies, social media, etc. This individual will also assist the Director of Marketing with management of special initiatives and programs
This is a diverse and multi-faceted role where you’ll be part of an efficient, high-performance team that manages multiple projects and competing deadlines. This is a high-visibility role that involves engagement with multiple internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. The role will be a good fit for a marketer who is comfortable with technology, apps and various marketing tools and platforms.
We are looking for someone who can take, understand, and follow instructions (sometimes ambiguous) and always deliver on time, with the highest levels of quality. This role will be for 1 year contract with full company benefits and the chance of extension based on business requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead the graphic and web design function to develop or update creative for web and digital channels, as well as presentations and other communications
2. Act as the webmaster managing the corporate website and improve SEO
3. Responsible for creating and editing video assets, including webinars
4. Assist the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
5. Occasionally support email deployment through the email platform Mailchimp
6. Own and manage the content repository
7. Assist the Director of Marketing in managing partners within the various partner programs
8. Provide support to the business development team as and when required
9. Create and translate content from English to French and vice-versa, as well as be the point of contact for French partners
MUST HAVE CRITERION:
1. Degree, diploma or certificate in web development, graphic design/web design from a Canadian institution or minimum 2-3 years of equivalent level of experience in web development or design
2. Proven hands-on experience in Content Management or Web Management System (WordPress, Elementor etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bilingual candidate highly preferred (written and verbal) – French and English
· Proven, hands-on experience in web development, graphic design and video editing
· Proficient with Google Analytics, Hootsuite, MailChimp and SEMrush
· Advanced to expert knowledge of design tools such as Illustrator, Adobe, Figma, Corel etc.
· Superior skills in Microsoft Office Applications: Excel, PowerPoint and Word
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content (EN & FR) and engaging collateral with powerful graphics and layouts
· Organized and efficient with very well-developed time management skills
· Ability to balance strategic and tactical priorities and deliver against a range of competing deadlines
· Good listening skills with solid ability to understand and follow instructions
· An empathetic, positive and collaborative team worker
GOOD TO HAVE:
· Google Analytics certification
· Mailchimp or any other email platform certification or training

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
