Financial Services Manager (F&I)

Festing Toyota is growing.

From our brand-new, state-of-the-art dealership at 25 Ott Drive in Huntsville, we're looking for an experienced Financial Services Manager who is professional, customer-focused, and passionate about helping customers make informed decisions.

As the last independently owned dealership in the Town, we offer something many larger dealer groups can't—a supportive, family-oriented culture where your contributions are valued and your success matters.

If you enjoy building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and helping customers protect one of their biggest investments, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Present financing, leasing, warranty, protection products, and aftermarket programs in a professional, customer-focused manner.
Arrange financing through our network of lending partners.
Guide customers through financing options and product choices with honesty and transparency.
Prepare all financing and regulatory documentation accurately and efficiently.
Ensure every transaction complies with OMVIC, lender, manufacturer, and dealership requirements.
Work closely with the Sales Team to provide a seamless purchase experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and product providers.
Meet performance objectives while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Previous automotive Financial Services (F&I) experience is preferred.
Someone with banking experience could easily gain the additional skills for this role.
Valid OMVIC license.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Professional, confident, and customer-focused.
Ability to explain financial products clearly without pressure.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
