Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a <PERSON>. This role involves hands-on construction, renovation, and restoration projects, requiring a strong foundation in building techniques and the ability to operate various tools and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in masonry, blueprint reading, and heavy equipment operation, contributing to high-quality craftsmanship and project success.

Responsibilities

Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to perform construction, renovation, and restoration tasks.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
Execute masonry work including bricklaying, stone setting, and related tasks with precision.
Perform caulking and sealing to ensure durability and weatherproofing of structures.
Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with safety protocols.
Assist in demolition, site preparation, and cleanup activities as needed.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Follow safety guidelines at all times to ensure a secure work environment.

Skills

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
Construction experience with a focus on masonry, restoration, or renovation projects.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
Knowledge of caulking techniques and materials for sealing applications.
Experience working with schematics for machinery or systems troubleshooting is a plus.
Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
