Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our purchasing team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer support. This role requires proficiency in various office technologies and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Manage and organize files, ensuring easy access to important documents.
Operate phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain an organized office environment, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available.
Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
Invoicing order's (check margins, do pick tickets)
Ensure clients are supplying invoices and supplying purchase orders
Dealing with Visa machine (cost confirmation, scan all visa docs, organize & file
General reception duty's
Arranging monthly sales meeting that corporate sets up
Show rooms management
Assist in any way required
Assist with system data loading
issuing purchase order
updating pricing
data entry

Experience

Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with office equipment and computer systems is essential.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
Experience in customer support or working in a dental office setting is a plus but not mandatory.
