Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and eager-to-learn Framer to join our dynamic construction team. No prior experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic and dependability. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in executing a variety of building projects, learning how to build walls and floors while ensuring quality craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency at every stage. This position offers an exciting opportunity to start your career in the construction industry and expand your skills on diverse projects.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with guidance to accurately execute project plans.
Learn to construct and assemble structural components, specializing in framing robust walls and secure floors.
Construct and assemble structures using siding installation and carpentry skills.
Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision to facilitate various construction tasks.
Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged structures or surfaces.
Use hand tools and woodworking equipment to shape materials precisely according to project specifications.
Engage in heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while maintaining safety standards throughout all activities.

Qualifications

No prior construction experience required—entry-level candidates and eager learners are welcome to apply.
Highly reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up dependably for every shift.
Willingness to learn framing, wall and floor construction, carpentry, and related trades.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings (or a willingness to learn).
Familiarity with siding installation and woodworking processes is a plus, but not required.
Willingness to learn how to operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Knowledge of welding practices is a plus for structural repairs or custom fabrications.
Comfortable performing heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks daily.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and adherence to OSHA standards or equivalent regulations.
