Cook – Bluebarn Coffee Roasters

Bluebarn Coffee Roasters is looking for a passionate and reliable cook to join our kitchen team. This role is central to our daily operations, supporting both our busy daytime brunch service and our evening dinner service featuring pizza, pasta, and small plates.

At Bluebarn, the kitchen is a creative and collaborative space. We’re a small team that cares deeply about quality food, good energy, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our community. The cook will work closely with the kitchen team to prepare and execute a menu that reflects our approach: simple ingredients, well made, and consistently delicious.

What you’ll do:

Prepare and cook dishes for brunch and evening service
Help execute pizzas, pastas, and small plates during dinner service
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
Assist with prep, ingredient organization, and kitchen setup
Work collaboratively with the team during busy service periods
Ensure quality and consistency in every dish leaving the kitchen
Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards

What we’re looking for:

Previous kitchen experience is an asset, but attitude and work ethic matter most
Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
A team player who communicates well and supports others
Attention to detail and pride in producing good food
Ability to stay calm and organized during busy services
Interest in learning and growing within the kitchen

Cuisinier / Cuisinière – Bluebarn Coffee Roasters

Bluebarn Coffee Roasters est à la recherche d’un(e) cuisinier(ère) passionné(e) et fiable pour se joindre à notre équipe en cuisine. Ce poste joue un rôle important dans nos opérations quotidiennes, autant pour notre service brunch très animé que pour notre service du soir mettant en vedette pizzas, pâtes et petites assiettes à partager.

Chez Bluebarn, la cuisine est un espace créatif et collaboratif. Nous sommes une petite équipe qui accorde beaucoup d’importance à la qualité des aliments, à une bonne ambiance de travail et à la création d’un lieu accueillant pour notre communauté. Le ou la cuisinier(ère) travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de cuisine pour préparer et exécuter un menu qui reflète notre approche : des ingrédients simples, bien travaillés et toujours délicieux.

Responsabilités :

Préparer et cuisiner les plats pour le service brunch et le service du soir
Participer à l’exécution des pizzas, pâtes et petites assiettes durant le service du soir
Maintenir un poste de travail propre, organisé et efficace
Participer à la préparation des ingrédients et à la mise en place
Travailler en collaboration avec l’équipe pendant les périodes de fort achalandage
Assurer la qualité et la constance des plats servis
Respecter les normes d’hygiène et de salubrité alimentaire

Profil recherché :

Expérience en cuisine est un atout, mais l’attitude et la motivation comptent avant tout
Aimer travailler dans un environnement dynamique
Être un bon joueur d’équipe et bien communiquer avec les collègues
Porter attention aux détails et avoir fierté dans son travail
Capacité à rester calme et organisé pendant les services occupés
Intérêt à apprendre et à évoluer au sein de la cuisine
