We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to primarily support our Director of Patient Care and clinic operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment and wants to contribute meaningfully to a modern, multidisciplinary healthcare team.

- Are an experienced administrator (experience in patient services, clinic operations and healthcare administration is an asset)
- Possess strong communication skills - you can communicate clearly, confidently and compassionately with patients and providers in person, on the phone, and over email

- Take initiative and adapt quickly in a dynamic clinic setting
- Are motivated to grow professionally and expand your skill set
- Bonus - are already proficient with InputHealth EMR (or eager to learn quickly)

Position Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional administrative experience
- Previous experience in a medical clinic setting and EMR systems preferred
- Strong customer service skills, comfortable supporting patients both in person and virtually
- Highly proficient with computer systems, email, and digital file management, with the ability to quickly learn and effectively use new software and technology platforms
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and accuracy at all times
- Previous experience in sales is an asset
Responsibilities (Include but Are Not Limited To):
- Greet and assist patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional front-desk experience
- Manage electronic medical records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments efficiently
- Handle patient calls and inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Collect payments and respond to billing-related questions
- Manage yearly memberships and renewals
- Support all other clinic operations and administrative tasks as needed
