Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Attendant, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests! Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience.
Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling inquiries and reservations efficiently.
Assist guests with their needs, including room assignments, special requests, and local information to enhance their stay.
Maintain accurate guest records and process transactions using hotel management software.
Conduct night audits and reconcile daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy and security.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns promptly.
Uphold guest relations by resolving issues swiftly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.

Requirements

Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse clientele effectively.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including guest relations and resort operations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
