Job Summary
We are a true Farm-to-Table restaurant led by a Michelin-trained Chef, focused on seasonal cuisine and using our own farm-grown ingredients.

Requirements:

· 3–5 years professional kitchen experience

· Strong cooking fundamentals and organization

· Experience working with fresh, local, seasonal ingredients

· Passion for farm-driven cuisine

· Leadership experience an asset (Sous Chef level)

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
Assist with menu planning by suggesting innovative ideas and seasonal specials that align with our culinary vision
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and plating with precision and efficiency
Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate meal service during busy periods, ensuring timely delivery of orders
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies; communicate needs for restocking or substitutions
Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation

Experience

Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably with fine dining experience
Strong knowledge of food handling procedures, safety standards, and sanitation practices
Demonstrated skills in culinary techniques including knife skills, food preparation, and cooking methods
Experience in menu planning and executing diverse dishes across various cuisines
Background in dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus, highlighting familiarity with special dietary needs
Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant setting that emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and attention to detail
Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering exceptional service
