Job description:

We are currently looking for an experienced Floor Technician to join our team.

Duties

Complete carpet cleaning services (hot water extraction, spotting, stain removal)
Perform strip and wax services on vinyl, VCT, and other hard floor surfaces
Operate floor care equipment such as auto scrubbers and extractors
Select and properly use cleaning chemicals and finishes according to procedures
Ensure floors are clean, safe, and finished to quality standards
Inspect floors and report any damage or maintenance issues
Maintain and clean equipment after use
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required

Requirements:

Experience in strip & wax floor care
Experience with carpet cleaning (extraction, stain removal)
Knowledge of floor care equipment and chemicals
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Valid driver’s license
Ability to operate floor equipment (auto scrubber, buffer, burnisher, extractor)
Knowledge of floor care chemicals, finishes, and safety procedures
Physically able to lift equipment
Strong attention to detail and quality of work
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour
