Tarrabain Motors Full-Time Experienced Parts and Service Advisor.

Tarrabain Motors' Dodge, Ram, Jeep, Chrysler Dealership is looking for a Parts and Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive parts sales and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a Parts and Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their automotive needs, ensuring they receive the right parts for their vehicles while also contributing to the overall success of our dealership.

Duties

Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts for their vehicles.
Utilize mechanical knowledge to offer insights and recommendations on parts and accessories.
Engage in upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Maintain an organized inventory of parts, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that all items are properly labeled.
Process cash handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with mechanics and service advisors to ensure timely delivery of parts needed for repairs.
Stay updated on new products, promotions, and industry trends to better serve customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to parts orders or availability.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a dealership environment or automotive repair setting is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems is highly desirable.
Proven sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of organization.
Salary dependent on experience and qualifications.
