Full job description

Cutwater Brewery & Lounge is looking for an experienced, hands-on Front of House Supervisor to help lead our team and set the standard for service excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing brewery from the ground up. We’re building a strong culture rooted in professionalism, teamwork, and elevated guest experience - and we’re looking for someone who naturally leads by example.

What You’ll Do

Lead and support front of house staff
Ensure exceptional guest experience from start to finish
Oversee floor operations, service flow, and team performance
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and confidence
Support training and development of bartenders and servers
Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and daily reporting
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health & safety standards
Work closely with management to execute events and promotions

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality (brewery, bar, or restaurant preferred)
Strong leadership presence and confident decision-maker
High-level customer service skills
Ability to stay calm and solutions-focused in high volume settings
Excellent communication and team building skills
Serving it right certification (required)
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
