Business Systems & Sales Coordinator

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys the intersection of customer service, technology, sales, and continuous process improvement.

UltraDeck is one of North America's leading custom marine flooring manufacturers. Every floor we build is custom-made for each boat, and our customers expect exceptional service from the very first phone call.

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited about using technology to continually improve how a business operates.

This is not a typical front desk position. You'll become one of the primary contacts for our customers while helping manage and improve the systems that keep our company running efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

Provide outstanding customer service by phone, email and in person.
Learn our products inside and out so you can confidently educate customers.
Prepare quotations and assist customers in selecting the right products for their projects.
Guide customers through the ordering process from initial inquiry to completed sale.
Manage customer information and sales activities within our Zoho One ecosystem.
Help improve and optimize our Zoho workflows, automations and processes as our business grows.
Coordinate with production to ensure customer expectations and manufacturing timelines are aligned.
Process invoices, payments and customer documentation.
Assist with shipping coordination and project administration.
Work closely with the Operations Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly.

About You

You are someone who:

Loves learning new software and figuring out better ways to do things.
Is highly organized and can manage multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy.
Communicates professionally and confidently with customers.
Is comfortable explaining value rather than competing on price.
Enjoys solving problems and taking ownership of projects.
Can work independently while being an important part of a close-knit team.
Is dependable and looking for a long-term career.

Technology

Experience with CRM or ERP software is considered a major asset.

We use the Zoho One suite extensively, including multiple integrated applications that work together across sales, operations, customer service and accounting. While previous Zoho experience is beneficial, we're equally interested in candidates who are comfortable learning complex software and helping improve business systems over time.

Communication Expectations

This role requires excellent spoken and written English, as you'll be providing detailed product consultations, preparing quotations, and communicating with customers by phone and email throughout the day.

Preference will be given to candidates who currently reside within commuting distance of Vernon, BC
