Parts / data entry / operations

Marine Repair & Service Operation

$20- $27hr

We are a busy and growing marine repair shop seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated individual to join our team. This is a key support role within the business, with real opportunity for growth into a Service Manager position for the right candidate.

About the Role

You will be responsible for supporting the daily administrative and operational functions of our marine repair facility. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys keeping things organized, and can confidently manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Data entry from technician timesheets
Preparing and sending customer invoices
Organizing supplier payables and tracking expenses
Assisting with job tracking and workflow coordination
Maintaining organized records and filing systems
Supporting the day-to-day running of the shop
General office administration duties

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail
Good organizational and time management skills
Confident with computers and accounting/invoicing software
Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in administration or bookkeeping preferred
Marine industry knowledge is a bonus, but not essential

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
