Responsibilities:
- Handle front and back end Sales and Finance (the store will buy subprime leads as well as overflow from finance department)
- Maintain and develop an excellent customer experience
- Display knowledge of all business products offered (Warranty, Insurance, Protection Package, Etc.)
- Guarantee all legal and financial information is protected.
- Support Sales team to ensure success.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of previous finance experience in the automotive industry is an asset
- Previous managerial experience
- Knowledge of sales and finance process.
- Extensive subprime finance knowledge
- Excellent organization skills
- Able to obtain and maintain VSA license
- Excellent organizational/time management skills
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
